W One stands out from other designs in its logical approach to urban design, considering the political, economic, and cultural aspects of the city and society. The inspiration for this design is not merely sensitive but rooted in managing these issues effectively. By doing so, W One becomes a symbol of Taichung as a technological and sustainable green city.

The design of W One showcases its unique features through its roof design, which not only enhances the regional characteristics of Taiwan Boulevard and Maple Garden but also serves as a landmark. This landmark represents Taichung's commitment to technology and sustainability, making it an iconic structure in the city.

With a lot size of 1707.5 square meters and a floor area of 801.52 square meters, W One offers a total floor area of 20805.2 square meters. These specifications ensure ample space for residents to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious living experience.

Collaborating with Archiman Architects, Planners, Associates, and Ching Chi Design for the architecture and amenity/public space design respectively, Full Wang International Development Co., Ltd has assembled a talented team to bring W One to life. Led by Director Emerson Lin, the team has successfully overcome creative, technical, and research challenges to create a brilliant green building that showcases the heterotopia style.

W One is more than just a residential space; it is an embodiment of the system of urban space and collective consumption by reproductive labor. It creates unique local spaces that resonate with citizens and accentuates the new urban center's innovative atmosphere. The design seamlessly integrates into the region, breathing life into the structure and showcasing its unique regionality.

Located in Taichung, Taiwan, the W One project is set to be completed in November 2026. The design takes into account the surrounding open spaces, allowing residents to connect with nature. The roof garden, with its gigantic pergola, serves as a communal living room, providing a serene and green environment that complements the subtropical climate of the region.

Recognized for its outstanding creativity and ingenuity, W One has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate exceptional technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life and making the world a better place.
